Ingredients:
2 cups green beans
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. shoyu
2 Tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
1 lemon/3 calamansi, juiced
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
Roasted peanuts, optional garnish
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a medium pan and saute
minced garlic until just aromatic. Add
shoyu, Thai sweet chili sauce,
lemon/calamansi juice and rice wine
vinegar to the pan, stir to combine.
Add beans to the pan and stir fry
with the sauce until tender. Season
with salt to taste, and top with
roasted peanuts to garnish.
