Maple or honey braised greens with golden raisins

Ingredients:
4 cups of braising greens, swiss chard, or hearty
leafy greens
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Salt, to taste
Paprika, a pinch
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 teaspoons maple syrup, or honey
1 1/2 cup chicken/veggie stock

Instructions:
Add oil and butter to a large pan and heat on
medium-high until butter has melted. Add the garlic
and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add half of
the greens and cook 1-2 minutes until wilted, then
add the remaining greens and cook for another 1-2
minutes. Add salt, paprika, pepper, vinegar, golden
raisins, maple syrup/honey and stock. Bring to a boil
then reduce the heat. Cover the greens with the lid
cracked to allow steam to escape and simmer until
the greens are tender (swiss chard and heartier
greens will need more time, braising mix will need
less time). Season to taste.
